As an Operations Expert, I lead our stock room team of 7-10 people in maintaining near perfect inventory. Working with my partner, we train our team and provide them constant, in the moment feedback on performance in processes and interactions with customers and other employees. Our team processes all the inventory in the store, and ensures accuracy with minimal shrink. As a part of my development in leadership in this role, I've also conducted interviews and lead hiring events. I've written and conducted new hire training for various roles in the store and in other stores in our market. I worked with our scheduling manager to adjust the schedule in Kronos to the needs of the business.I've also been a part of our visual merchandising team for most of my career at Apple, including leading some overnight visual projects.I have also participated in a Career Experience as a Lead & Learn Trainer, coordinating and conducting all training for the store. I connected with market resources to learn about company objectives and how best to convey those to the team. I conducted new employee training and coordinated their on-boarding with various teams in the store.

As a P&O specialist at Apple, I was responsible for upholding the high visual standards of Apple so that our store could function at its best and provide the best customer experience possible. I managed facility, ordered supplies, managed special scheduling in Kronos, organization, event planning, and some new hire training.I was recognized as market mentor in this role, and was sent to other stores in the market to train new hires in the Operations role, and provide support for operations issues in stores with no specialist. Previous to the P&O position, I was a full-time Specialist and member of the Business team (a branch of retail specifically trained to work with business solutions and Apple technology). My job duties included employee training on multiple software platforms; assisting in the logistical organization of the warehouse space; creating training resources and materials for new employees; hiring new employees; creating and documenting new receiving and inventory management procedures; daily inventory and order troubleshooting; responsible for updating company inventory using Fillz.com-­‐ including data feed, item and script changes; encouraging productivity and ef9iciency of employees throughout the company.

As the only assistant ever to be hired by Independent Mastering, I was responsible for basic duties of a receptionist, including answering multi-­‐line phones, e-­‐mail correspondence, invoicing customer projects, creating and managing databases, as well as using my own initiative to clean out and organize all studio spaces, redecorate the client facing studio, manage the Word Press based website, and create a social media presence.

My primary duties as the second assistant to Ms. Grant-Williams were research based, including research on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, Wikipedia, drafting and editing press releases, researching competition, search engine optimization and implementation, and creating and maintaining databases for all my collected information. When Ms. Grant-Williams’ primary assistant was unavailable, I was responsible for her duties as well, including managing the schedule of lessons, receiving payment from clients, fielding phone calls, and keeping everything on schedule.
