As the PA to the Director in charge of the Retail division, managing the admin systems and ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the department are paramount.

Developing the role from scratch, I provided support to a continually growing petroleum-retail division and its management teams.

General responsibilities included generating sales, team training, store displays, business admin (sales figures and rotas), hosting events and meeting supplier representatives.
