We delivered continuous improvements to control costs while maximising product values. • Since 2017 As Senior Operations Strategist, I created a audit portal for daily internal use by 100+ License Management employees across six different departments that allowed all information to be organised, readily available to users in one place and saved 10% in work hours. My team also worked to automate project process steps and delivered efficiency gains of 20% over a 12-month project. We completed time budget forecasting to achieve the time savings increase against annual overheads and attained £1M in savings p.a.• 2014 to 2017, I was the Operations Strategist. I analysed our existing processes to identify gaps. I directed a team to generate a one-stop-shop customer portal for customers to complete 6,000 audits annually. This effort increased security of PII for our customers. I also automated process steps to execute efficiency gains and reduce workforce requirement by 5%.• 2011 to 2014 I mentored junior team members, focused on increasing team efficiency and regulatory compliance while in the Senior Auditor – Software spot. I led five new auditors to perform the same job as my predecessor, but we managed to exceed previous production levels.
