• Teach 100 students each summer on swim survival skills, swim basics, and strokes technique.• Created and manage website for bookings, develop marking content, and partner with local businesses to expand clientele.• Facilitate on-going communication with 150+ parents of students to communicate booking and logistics of lessons.• Develop crisis communication skills to address lesson rescheduling due to severe weather and circumstances.

Designed website to be used for 300 chapter members and thousands of alumni. Currently, design and create content for chapter website and 3 other social media platforms for marketing and as a resource to chapter members, alumni, and potential new members.

Work to unite the chapter and other businesses and organizations in the community around philanthropic causes through on-going community service and 2 chapter wide events of a fundraising dinner, Dawgs for a Cause, and basketball tournament, Swishes for Wishes. Lead and motivate the chapter to raise over $50,000 for the Make a Wish Foundation. Plan, organize, and execute a dinner for 500 attendees and a basketball tournament for 50 players and 300 chapter members.

Works as the chapter liaison between House Corporation, House Director, advisors, and the chapter. Lives on site as chapter hostess managing risk, enforcing rules, providing safety, and creating experiences for 70 college students. Coordinates day-to-day facility management, repair, maintenance, payroll. Supervises kitchen, cleaning, and maintenance staff.

Flaire is a new and upcoming app that harnesses the power of your friends to source, share, save, and organize the best lifestyle advice. As a member of the Growth Team, I worked closely with the CEO and a team of 4 on targeting the college student segment of the market. Lead a team of interns to grow our user base to 1,000 new users over the summer. I also helped develop effective marketing strategies, created app content, and explored future expansion of the app.
