I conducted quarterly learning engagement meetings with the Leader of each business area (10 in total). This allowed me to discover their learning needs and then to plan solutions for them. I spent 6months volunteering in Sri Lanka. I was based in a school and was responsible for teaching English to the children ranging from 3years-16years old. As well as teaching, I updated child sponsorship information, paying the teacher’s salaries, helping to host events for local widows and aiding with the prison programme.I spent the last part of my.

I was responsible for delivering training to employees within telephony. This involved delivering the 4 week induction course, as well as the continual training of existing staff. During induction, I acted as the new entrants’ team leader. I designed the induction programme’s training manual and any other material to aid understanding.

I was responsible for answering customer’s queries and dealing with their concerns over the telephone. I worked in a team under the supervision of a team leader, although the work that I undertook was carried out independently on a one to one basis with the customer. I also progressed to a Level 2, which meant I deputised when my team leader was.
