My extraordinary journey to become the Founder of Vincita, began with the goal to transform my life from the one I had into the one I wanted (no that doesn’t quite cover it) the one I dreamed about, watched movies and swooned about! You’re starting to get the picture.I’ve always had a huge passion for art and creativity in all its forms. Carving out 15ft sculptures at University leapfrogged me into producing award-winning work that delivered record levels of sales for the world’s best loved brands. I’m proud to say across London’s iconic landmarks, I’ve created and produced eye-popping, jaw-dropping, rule-bending, immersive experiences for Warner Bros’ Harry Potter, Diageo’s Gordon’s Gin, L’Oréal, Vodafone, Dave, and Debenhams…plus I’ve gotten to schmooze with the leaders of these companies and their top creatives; quite a rush.On reaching Rome, I had the great privilege of working inside the Vatican. Daily life was working with elite artists and restorers who then connected me to leaders in TV broadcasting and powerhouses in global firms; who all lit a fire within me.I naturally found myself doing what makes me feel alive – sharing ideas, pushing boundaries and testing the limits of what’s possible for the most ambitious and courageous people I’ve ever met, which allowed me to begin building Vincita from the ground up.This is how I sum up what. I do now. I help people step into personal and professional greatness so that success skyrockets without the sacrifice of wellbeing and happiness. I don’t like to advertise this fact, but I’d do this job for free. It’s my vocation. Also, apart from working alongside superstars in the creative and marketing world, the only other place you’ll find me as lit-up and engaged is hosting my podcast: Snippets of Genius. I truly enjoy meeting new people and hearing stories of squiggly careers, moments of genius and I’m obsessed with ideas that delight, challenge, energise and inspire action. I am honoured to work alongside people who, put simply, make the world a better place.
