I am a customer experience and marketing professional with a specialty in CX-led digital transformation - creating and leading digital strategies that start and end with the customer. I have successfully driven acquisition, engagement and retention through online and offline channels, and optimized the physical experience. Currently, as Chief Customer Officer of a leading family entertainment centre (FEC) group, I push the customer journey agenda, to delight and impress, across all touch-points.I joined the FEC industry with over 20 years in travel and hospitality, from analytical revenue management roles to marketing lead and strategist to policy-maker at the Tourism Board. To this new business, I brought with me, the culture and philosophy of customer-obsession and digital customer excellence.
