Enyenaweh is a social research and innovation group committed to using new technologies for research, innovation and capacity-building to address development challenges, especially in cities of Sub-Saharan Africa.•Target, research, and develop interventions for technology to monitor performance and improve quality of urban service delivery in Sub-Saharan Africa•Create and launch mobile platforms to promote civic engagement and participation for government, CSO, and think tank clients •Conduct market and product research to determine viability and impact of mobile platforms in developing country contexts•Design SMS polls and surveys and collect, aggregate and analyze consumer data •Train users in full product functionality including set-up, management, and integration capabilities of mobile platforms •Facilitate coordination between internal teams, external partners, and clients
