As a Trainee Coordinator at the most traditional bar competition in Brazil, I had the opportunity to, with team support, organize and execute the 16th edition of the contest in Vale do Aço, Minas Gerais in 2023. My responsibilities included mediating negotiations between bars and sponsors, personnel management, assisting bars before and during the contest, selecting new participants for the upcomingedition, hiring suppliers for specific activities, and managing relationships with media outlets such as TV and Radio.

Internship and exchange experience where I had the opportunity to immerse myself in new cultures, enhance my knowledge of English and Spanish through immersion in a multicultural daily routine. There I had the chance to put into practice theoretical concepts acquired during my undergraduate studies. Daily activities included welcoming and providing support to guests from various parts of the world, conveying the company's culture, and ensuring the best possible experience throughout their stay.

Member of the Sales and Talent Acquisition team, responsible to identify opportunities based on clients' intentions and profiles, additionally assisting throughout application process.

Responsible to track and notify clients about flight alterations; analyzing the possibility of reimbursement or rescheduling of no-show flight tickets.
