I moved into a wellbeing capacity following internal promotion. My role included: delivering a range of wellbeing themed group sessions and one to one support, Creating Health and Wellbeing plans for participants, Developing partnerships and referral pathways with local health organisations

Launched on 5th October 2020 and partnering with the Department for Work & Pensions, the programme offers individuals access to specialist advice via 1:1 support, CV creation, interview coaching and identifying transferable skills to enable individuals to get back into employment. This new scheme will support people who have been made redundant from.
