As an Inventory Technical Support agent for Autotrader.com, I assisted internal and external customers (Sales Representatives and other internal teams, and Dealerships) with inventory troubleshooting and inventory fulfillment for AT/KBB contracts. I also participated in the Inventory Support team for the Autotrader Classics site, troubleshooting and fulfilling contracts for RVs, motorcycles, and classic vehicles (more than 25 years old or modern classics).I had the opportunity to collaborate on various projects for the Inventory Support team where I was able to communicate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate processes, create and analyze small and medium reports, and brainstorm with the team to find solutions and new ideas for various challenges.

As a Marketing Administrative Assistant at BMS, I assisted the HR department with employee file-keeping, including the hiring process such as background checks, e-verify, MVR Reports. In addition, I assisted with the interpretation and development of RFPs and RFIs creating marketing materials, proposals, contracts, and bids for the public and private sectors. A schedule was created and updated daily to ensure deadlines were met. I participated in meetings twice a week or once a week with the Cross-functional team to communicate updates and align ideas in each project. I was responsible for the creation and management of a weekly report ensuring stakeholders were aware of the status and results of each ongoing and delivered project.

I was an au pair from 2017 (in MD) to 2018 (in GA), USA. As an au pair (Study/work exchange program), I was able to provide childcare to an American family, while mentoring the children, managing and planning their schedules, thinking creatively to solve problems, and being flexible during challenging situations. Living with a host family, I was also able to improve my English and learn in-depth about American culture. During this time, I studied English, Amish culture, and American culture in accredited institutions such as The College of Saint Rose, NY, and Borough of Manhattan Community College, DC.
