Providing PMO support to Programme / Project Managers on the Transaction Accounting and P&L Attribution programmes. Responsible for Financial Management of both programmes and ensuring governance and reporting cycles adhered to for P&L Attribution.Role responsibilities:• Management of high level financials for both programmes, producing MI to show monthly actuals, forecast data and variances to run rate and budgets. Working with Project Managers to investigate variances and provide commentary for reviews with Programme Director.• Management of forecast data in Business Engine Network (BEN) ensuring project resources and technology vendor costs are accurately forecast and costs are booked accordingly through timesheets and booking of vendor invoices via the relevant Business Management function.• Responsible for P&L Attribution Programme reporting – weekly Execution and Operating Committee meetings. Reporting includes Project / Programme RAG status updates, Actions, Milestone updates, Achievements, Risks & Issues and Change Control. • Maintenance of resource plans with Project Managers, tracking resource moves between projects, ensuring all resources correctly allocated and maintaining resource related data (contractor end dates, organisational structure information, location data) for creation of MI.• Resource Management – working with PMs to ensure open roles are approved through appropriate channel. Liaising with Central PMO function and Recruiters to track progress of recruitment and onboarding of new joiners.

Recruitment Manager responsible for managing the UK candidate selection process as part of a global IT programme. Initial screening of candidates, submission to Hiring Manager and candidate liaison. Provided daily updates to Project team on candidate status, formulating a candidate tracker and checks to ensure tracking of all candidates. Scheduled all short-listed candidates for interview over pre-determined days, diarising over multiple time zones and organising video or audio conferences if needed. Facilitated interviews and collated feedback, tracking identified candidates against roles.
