Providing an integrated end to end Talent Acquisition service to the Allergan UK (Neurosciences, Ophthalmology, Aesthetics) and Region office businesses. Driving the sourcing and selection of quality hires to Allergan across both Commercial and Technical roles, supporting HR and the business to ensure achievement of required recruitment metrics. Building and maintaining a strong talent pool of candidates for all levels and functions.

Providing full recruitment support across the European Organization:• Coach and train on staffing processes and behavior-based interviewing• Recruit and present fully qualified candidate to hiring managers• Identify and develop candidate sources and pipelines • Ensure organization follows staffing processes • Revise staffing processes to optimize effectiveness and results• Active participation in external organizations that enhance relationships and build pipeline

Work closely together with the Business, Country HR Managers and HR Director in the Region.

Partnering with the affiliate HR Business Consultant’s and business leaders to implement effective recruitment strategies and manage the end to end process for recruitment, building a strong talent pool for the organization. Recommend untapped sources of talent acquisition across the region and assist and/or lead TA projects in the region as assigned whilst maintaining the Kenexa Brassring talent acquisition system.

Working within the HR department managing the smooth running of all recruitment activity.
