The events are such as seminars, panel discussions, strategic meetings, and conferences.My achievement and responsibilities:- Organised the Ministerial Series with several ministers in the President Jokowi's second cabinet era. These seminars focus on explaining the development agenda of Indonesia and promoting investment opportunities for foreign businesses.- Conducted the annual BritCham's Christmas Party and Sports Gala event, which are the biggest charity events held by the organisation. - Maintain regular communication with members and non-members who are attending our networking events.- Handle the details of every events: from communicating with speakers, signing up venues and vendors, creating and distributing invitations, and handling the operational tasks on the D-day.- Produce post-event reports and annual report, with the analysis on the efficiency and effectiveness of the events. Also, with the analysis on the suitable theme for the workshops, gatherings, or seminars.- Conduct the annual UK Alumni gathering which are targeted for every Indonesian alumnus of UK universities as a platform to build networks. I worked specifically on a project titled Network of ASEAN Studies Center in Southeast Asia Working Group. The project was created to build a platform to facilitate interaction between ASEAN Studies Centers in the Southeast Asia and also to achieve consolidations of projects, research collaborations, academic exchanges as well as resource distribution.My achievement and responsibilities:- Conducted a workshop under this project in collaboration with Thammasat University, in Bangkok, Thailand. The workshop attended by representatives of ASEAN Study Centers from throughout Southeast Asia. The job was including contacting all representatives, managing the accommodation and travel arrangements, creating the programme time table, and controlling the operational tasks of the workshop.- Manage the administrative affairs of the project.- Plan and control the budget allocation for the project.- Handle the progress report of the project and workshop.- Create the final administrative and budget report of the project.
