The project was created to build a platform to facilitate interaction between ASEAN Studies Centers in the Southeast Asia and also to achieve consolidations of projects, research collaborations, academic exchanges as well as resource distribution.My achievement and responsibilities:- Conducted a workshop under this project in collaboration with Thammasat University, in Bangkok, Thailand. The workshop attended by representatives of ASEAN Study Centers from throughout Southeast Asia. The job was including contacting all representatives, managing the accommodation and travel arrangements, creating the programme time table, and controlling the operational tasks of the workshop.- Manage the administrative affairs of the project.- Plan and control the budget allocation for the project.- Handle the progress report of the project and workshop.- Create the final administrative and budget report of the project.
