Carrie is a Senior Manager aligned to the Public Service industry specializing in complex program management. Carrie works with clients to manage the delivery of complex programs across the strategic, operational, and technology elements to drive large-scale transformation. Projects have included program management, operations account management, operating model strategy, business process redesign, change management, and Salesforce CRM-enabled business transformation. She has led engagements with government, education, nonprofit, and private sector clients.Carrie is a board member of JobsFirstNYC, an organization supporting training and career opportunities for NYC youth. Prior to joining Accenture, Carrie served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Benin, West Africa.
