- Managed expansion's teams for a global B2B product, focused on automating processes and scripts in order to maximize the ability to include new countries on the platform.- As a product manager on a mobile platform project in the global aviation area, I was responsible for structuring processes, creating flows and developing a new multidisciplinary team shared in different regions and countries. Strategic support in structuring field research teams, UX teams, prototyping, design and development teams.- As a project manager of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) product, my main focus was to seek efficiencies in product configuration, creating a team of specialists capable of supporting and training customers so that they would become self-sufficient in the configuration of the new product, regardless of the business area. We act in the suggestion and support of the product's enhancements so that it becomes more self-service and consequently we could work in more simultaneous implementations, increasing the annual revenue. In addition to collaborating in the product's evolution and its public documentation, our specialists have become a reference within the client, supporting and validating business proposals for new implementations, especially in complex infrastructure environments.- Managing a legacy support team shared with different technologies and focal points, my main challenge was to improve the operational and financial efficiency of this contract. As main results, we reduced the average incident resolution time from 9 to 2 days, increasing the volume of calls answered without increasing the team capacity. Seeking synergies and a new team reallocation format, we had a 34% increase in the financial contribution margin for the structure of this contract.
