Led Catholic Charities refugee resettlement, employment services, and Immigration legal services programs. Supervised refugee resettlement and immigration legal services staff members. Launched Vulnerable Care Services, serving the first four program participants for this new program. Provided work readiness training for refugees enrolled in WorkWise training.

Supervise and coordinate youth and crisis services, including shelter, emergency services, skill building, and family counseling. Additional responsibilities include supervision of the following programs: Transitional Living, Supervised Apartment Living, Iowa Aftercare, and Street Outreach. I also provide oversight to the crisis line, support groups, mobile crisis, therapy, and food pantry services.

Director of vocational, supported community living, and case management services for people with barriers to employment. Led department of 42 employees. Responsible for hiring, supervising, and training staff. Set up satellite offices. Responsible for writing and monitoring grants. Won Project With Industry award through Goodwill International. Wrote curriculum that is distributed through Goodwill International. Developed partnerships and collaborations with other community organizations.
