My main areas of responsibilty were the operations of our 3 branches; Cork (EazyCork), Dublin (EazyDublin) and London (LondonEazy) Daily duties include ensuring our properties are as fully booked as can be and maintaining high levels of customer care with both partners and clients. At all times you have to react quickly to any issues within each branch to ensure a speedy resolution and thus preventing little or no inconvenience for all. I look after HR for the company and recruit staff for our 3 branches; this covers everything from interns to full time staff. At any one time we require a cross section of languages and aptitudes across our company so the recruitment process can be challenging. I look after payments across all 3 branches, business development and building new partnerships with agencies and Landlords.
