As an office assistant in the Office of Advancement Services at Bryant University my main responsibility is to update records of alumni, parents, students, and other constituents utilizing the Oracle database system. I also assist in daily office tasks in a fast paced work environment which include: mailings, filing, scanning, answering phones, etc.

Supported Indeed's client services efforts while rotating through the Small Business Teams. Demonstrated effective communication while interacting with clients through various channels including phones, chat, email, etc. Was a product expert and educated clients on Indeed's services. Utilized my problem solving skills to help resolve any issues clients may.

Over the summer, I worked in the Development Department at Special Olympics Massachusetts where I was given various projects involving marketing, branding, research, public relations, and communication. During my time, I assisted in the creation of marketing material for major fundraising events including The Run to Boston Race Series, The Trick or Trot.

For over 4 years, I have been an employee of Aeropostale. This was my first job that I maintained through high school and on breaks during college. As a sales associate, my main priority is to engage customers in order to enhance their shopping experience. Over my four years, I have interacted with many different customers which has allowed me to.
