I have over 30 years of litigation experience and of helping employers solve employment related issues -- large and small. I handle a wide range of litigation matters for my company from managing outside counsel on high stakes security litigation to addressing contractual disputes and personal injury litigation involving members of the public. I have helped my clients navigate complicated protected family leave and disability related issues, such as FMLA, OFLA, ADA and the interplay between these laws; wage and hour issues; claims of harassment and discrimination, and many other aspects of employment law.
