Led the creation and growth of a new Strategy and Operations function to redesign the way Gap, Inc. creates social and environmental impact. Accomplishments include:• Built a data analytics team with talent recruited from Google whose insights led to a 50% decrease in critical human rights violations at over 200 red-rated factories.• Led a global stakeholder engagement team that successfully built relationships with over 200 local and international NGOs, governments, and leaders.• Selected by Gap, Inc’s Chief Human Resource Officer to co-lead the execution of a company-wide restructuring resulting in all VP+ transitions accepting their new roles.• Administered in-year reallocation of a $17M budget in support of social and environmental performance.• Prepared executive-level presentations for Board of Directors on a range of human rights topics.

Accomplishments include:• Wrote and published Gap, Inc.’s Social and Environmental Responsibility public reports.
