I also consulted with Sales and other departments’ leadership to accurately assess training needs and collaborate on strategic development. During my time in this role, I led the strategic planning, implementation and oversight of the commercial sales new hire program, including a complete program redesign for 2019.

As a Senior Business Improvement Consultant, I managed project initiatives and oversaw deliverables focused on sales force effectiveness. During this time, I served as Chief of Staff to the Staff Vice President for Service Operations with responsibility for conducting staff meetings, managing executive leadership team reporting and developing presentations for speaking engagements. I also stepped in to lead the Communication Practice for the Business Improvement Group team when a team member took a leave of absence, partnering with my team in conducting audience analysis, strengthening messaging and communications, generating content and developing presentations.

As Senior Learning Consultant for National Accounts, I was responsible for the management, coordination and production of National Accounts training initiatives for 300+ associates in Sales and Account Management. I fostered effective working relationships with associates in a wide range of departments and position levels to develop and deliver relevant training to National Accounts clients. I was also tasked with substantial planning and oversight responsibilities for the annual Sales Training conference for 350+ associates with National Account Management and Events Planning team members. During my time in this role, I also developed and implemented a robust training strategy with the Open Enrollment team to prepare Open Enrollment Ambassadors to represent Anthem effectively at client events.

As a Medicare Sales Training Specialist, my primary responsibility was to develop systems and product training for all Medicare Sales audiences, including creation of presentations, participant/instructor manuals and job aids. During this time, a new CRM tool was introduced and I became a Subject Matter Expert for the development and ongoing enhancement of the software program for the Medicare sales team.

During this time, I assisted new agency owners with acquiring new staff, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and leading staff training. I reinforced training efforts regarding Allstate programs and products with agency owners and support staff through recurring agency visits and training exercises.

As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, I was tasked with drafting, coordinating and delivering all broker communications enterprise-wide for Medicare products. I also facilitated the development of broker marketing collateral with external marketing vendors and partnered with the Legal and Internal Compliance departments to ensure broker communications and marketing collateral were compliant with Anthem and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) policies and procedures.As the Medicare Sales & Marketing Project Lead, I was responsible for the coordination of special projects as they related to Medicare Sales, including telecom, Sales Agent/Broker commission processing and tracking and the Compliance Policies & Procedures update process to maintain CMS compliance. During this time, I served as a Medicare Sales liaison with multiple departments enterprise-wide, including Broker Relations, Marketing, Product Development and Training for the purposes of open communication and project collaboration.In the role of Sales Assistant, I tracked and processed sales commission for the Medicare and Individual Sales teams and provided administrative support for the Medicare Sales Director and Individual Sales Manager.
