I assist in leading weekly meetings with the ambassador team to discuss upcoming events and activities, as well as giving feedback on past events. I also act as a liaison between Schreyer administrators and the ambassadors, updating the master schedule and communicating personnel needs when they arise.

I was responsible for overseeing event sign-ups and engagement for a team of 30+ ambassadors. To do this, I designed an Excel spreadsheet master schedule that allowed ambassadors to see how many events they had signed up for and used conditional formatting to alert ambassadors if they had reached the requirements.

As an Ambassador, I've been able to volunteer for student panels and information sessions that allow me to answer inquiries from prospective and accepted students.

I recorded weekly lesson review videos for students to watch live or on their own time, reinforcing class topics and running approximately 5 sample problems/solutions per video, in addition to sample exam walkthroughs at the end of each unit. I ensured academic integrity while proctoring all student exams and was responsible for grading them in their entirety while following a grading rubric and sometimes using my own judgement on free-response questions. Students were also able to access me after grading to review exams and see where they went wrong to improve for the future.Through my videos, sample problems, and individual student exam reviews, I always tried to teach from a student perspective. I worked to keep things light and emphasize the fundamentals so that all students, especially those uninterested in accounting, would find use of my assistance.

I provide personalized guidance to students in mastering fundamental accounting concepts. Working with them weekly, I'm able to facilitate step-by-step solutions to sample problems that prepare them for assignments and exams.

At Sunglass Hut, I was often working single coverage, making me wholly responsible for the customer experience from recommending and manually adjusting glasses to completing the checkout process. I presided over an inventory of 400+ sunglasses, ensuring consistent availability and restocking when necessary. As the only employee for opening or closing, I was also responsible for counting the cash register and preparing any deposits.

I had a variety of responsibilities at Rally House, including checking out customers and fulfilling online customer orders through the online fulfillment system. During opening and closing shifts, I was a resource for team leads by assisting with merchandising and store cleanliness.

As the first point of contact for 100+ guests daily, I welcomed everyone into the restaurant and selected a table suitable for their needs. I was also responsible for managing a seating chart and waitlist to ensure a steady flow of tables.
