I have worked for Menzies LLP (Wilfred Green previously) since April 1991 developing office skills and moving into the Company Secretarial team in about 1997.Within the role I am responsible for the due diligence of each company being reviewed, liaising with group departments and the individual company reports and schedules.The role involves working on share transfer agreements, strike-off documentation and incorporation along with putting together statutory registers and audit trails.Within this role I am responsible, amongst other things, for the filing and e-filing of statutory company forms via Diligent (Blueprint), Webfiling and arranging share transfer documentation including arranging, where applicable, payment of stamp duty.
