Responsible for supporting three executives (two Senior level) in News Corp's Legal Department. I served as the main point of contact and "gatekeeper" between the personnel I supported and internal/external clients/contacts. Some of the tasks I was responsible for on a daily basis included: manning a multi-line phone system, taking messages and routing correspondence, handling requests and queries appropriately, maintained diaries and calendars across various time zones, arranged meetings and appointments, provided reminders, arranged travel, oversaw ordering of office supplies, generated reports and charts for our treasury department as requested, light filing and document production (printing, scanning, and compiling of documents and booklets) for the executives as needed, etc. I was also responsible for creating and managing executives' expense reports and serving as liaison between accounts payable and various vendors.

Worked as a receptionist and legal assistant; served as a liaison between the Attorneys, staff, clients and opposing parties. I facilitated mailings to hundreds and sometimes thousands of recipients as well as coordinated access to firm resources (conference rooms, telephonic conferences, supplies, etc.), assisted with the invoicing of clients and processing receipt of funds, and even organized firm social events and performed HR duties that added a personal touch.
