In my former role, I efficiently spearheaded a full cycle real estate portfolio, all leasing and renewal functions, including reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements. I was involved in the day-to-day activities of multi-unit development, remodels, and NSOs with facility managers and the construction department. During this experience, to handle overall site sales, escrows, and closeout products, I collaborated with the development and operational teams. In 2004 and 2014, I was in charge of all lease assignments and purchase/sale agreements for two large firm acquisitions. In coordination with the legal team, I created, filed, and handled franchise disclosure paperwork, which included territory selection, budget management, and inspection of prospective franchisees. I also assisted in the effective management of a portfolio of 30+ units via a rebranding and renovation timetable, as well as the administration of all construction, design, and material procurement processes.
