In terms of special projects, in 2021-22, I had the chance to lead the strategic evolution of our early childhood initiative which we now call RMPBS KIDS. Collaborated with Board of Directors to shape organizational direction and strategy in order to improve JA's relevancy and sustainability. In 2017-18 school year, with a team of three full-time and nine part-time staff, more than 600 JA volunteers reached over 17,000 students with nearly 700 classroom programs about financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work readiness. Oversaw budget of $830K for four areas covering 46 counties in southern Colorado as well as a capital campaign to establish two new programs: JA BizTown and JA Finance Park.- Increased general operating revenue in the Pikes Peak region from $428K to $643K (33% increase) in 2 years in addition to raising $1.1M during the same time for the capital campaign including a $500K corporate commitment, $250K individual contribution, $200K matching grant, and $100K in-kind technology donation to name the most significant.- Engaged and created a pipeline for new and existing corporate patterns and community leaders toward supporting JA financially and with volunteers through one-on-one relationship development as well as innovative meetings (3 industry gatherings, 8 community updates, 3 focus groups, and 4 task forces).- Led transition for capital campaign from a bricks-and-mortar approach of program-delivery to a more advanced, market-responsivie mobile-based delivery which engages students quicker and more efficiently. - Oversaw increase and re-expansion of middle and high school programs focused on real-life skills and experiential learning opportunities in response to listening sessions with local business and higher education school systems.

Increased United Way’s relevancy and sustainability as well as strengthened its brand. Began as volunteer/project specialist and advanced to EVP position. In the course of this role, hired and managed over nine departments with more than 25 staff and oversaw budgets up to $2.8M. • Developed community-wide goals to address regional “Cradle to Career” issues around aligning education, workforce development, and industry with a collective impact approach by leading high-level working groups involving 130 community leaders; recruited and equipped working group co-chairs.• Designed and implemented 2012-2015 fund allocations process for Pikes Peak United Way ($1.5M per year); collaborated with City of Colorado Springs leadership to facilitate the distribution of an additional $700K in 2012; engaged, coordinated, and trained more than 200 volunteers for the process.• Championed the development and implementation of the local "Success By 6" initiative beginning with its vision and community announcement in 2010 through its original annual funding of $990K, focus areas and evaluated outcomes from 2012-2015.• Hosted sessions with Stephen M.R.
