I am an experienced and qualified assessor/tutor and coach with a passion for developing and training others. I am a self-motivated individual and confident decision maker. I have excellent leadership skills and have a very good understanding of my own emotional intelligence, as well as that of others. I have great interpersonal skills and enjoy working with a diverse range of people and organisations and strive on building up strong working relationships. I have a great positive attitude and I am very enthusiastic, with great flair and panache for everything I do. My past experiences as a general manager and in customer service enables me to transfer my skills and knowledge in a variety of different situations and I continue to keep up my competency within a learning and development and educational environment undertaken in a variety of ways to build and enhance on my knowledge, skills and behaviours. I am a competent assessor/tutor and coach who is learner centric and always looking to meet the individual needs of learners.
