Provider Network Contracting: Execution of provider contracting throughout lifecycle. To include: target identification and qualification, developing and submitting proposals, timely management of redline process, collaboration with Health Plan, procurement of documentation to support downstream processes. Timely updates to reporting tools and tracking systems. Serve as liaison for Provider Relations issues as needed.

Generate revenue through sales expansion with existing and new customers. Support of sales team through continued development of market potential, prospecting, lead generation and qualifying opportunities. Coordinate and attend client visits and stewardships. Generate and provide internal and external reporting including outcome analysis to ensure adherence to service level agreements. Collaborate with operations and sales team to develop and execute new product implementations. Assist in all aspects of account maintenance and issue resolution. Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of managed care product suite.

Oversight of staff and production activities in dispute resolution unit, coordinate project management activities between internal and external customers, training and implementation on new processes, regulatory, and contractual changes. Provide oversight and direction to networkdevelopment, account management, and provider bill review teams regarding network re-pricing applications, contract support, leased network relationships and ongoing process improvement.

Liaison between client and provider in resolution of network contract and claim disputes, department project lead, operations contact for corporate legal and account management teams, primary resource for leased network affiliates, trending and analysis of quality assurance throughreporting, regulatory and legislative research, training of new staff.
