With over 25 years of experience, I've thrived in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, first as a World and Olympic Figure Skating Coach, and later in the world of direct sales with Touchstone Crystal, a Swarovski Brand.My journey began on the ice, where I honed my skills in planning, collaborative coaching, and leadership, guiding numerous athletes to success on the global stage. After dedicating decades to coaching, I felt compelled to bring my passion for empowerment into a new arena, which led me to transition into direct sales.In my four years with Touchstone Crystal, I've achieved the top level of our career plan, built a team of over 300 women, and received numerous accolades: top in sales, leadership development, and organizational sales. My goal is to empower individuals to grow their own home-based businesses, and I'm proud to play a role in developing, writing, and implementing training programs for the company on a national scale.Beyond my strategic contributions, I've had the privilege of serving as a keynote speaker for Touchstone Crystal, sharing insights and inspiration at leadership conferences and our national convention.
