Agriculture is my foundation, which was built on my family farm in Illinois. Today, I reside near rural Powersville, Missouri, with my husband Ty, daughter Landri and son Kane. Our cattle operation, Webster Cattle Company, focuses on selling show cattle for junior livestock exhibitors and breeding stock. In my role as Marketing Communications Strategy Lead for beef (pasture and feedlot), wildlife (deer and exotics), show and full farm, I am work with our portfolio leads to build a comprehensive marketing strategy for our businesses and brands in collaboration with our sales team. Within strategy development I focus my time on high-level, strategic thinking and planning. I work cross functionally to implement and execute on various brands, campaigns, product launches and budget planning. Throughout my career I have had the privilege to travel across the United States connecting with producers, breeders, farmers and ranchers to educate them on brands, products, resources, initiatives and programs. They, and the agricultural industry, are the reasons I strive for greatness and what fuels my day-to-day. My free time is spent in agriculture and with the people it involves. I enjoy attending cattle shows, helping around our operation, good weather, back porch living and my family. We travel to see friends and family, and I love that we have developed a network who reside all over the U.S.
