CEO and founding partner Discseel Technologies LLC /Director of Interventional Spine for Kevin Pauza, M.D. Texas/ Florida/JapanCarrie Wright received her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Stephen F. Austin University in Texas, and then pursued her graduate studies at Cornell’s SC Johnson College of Business, where she joined a lineage of 40 family members also graduating from Cornell University. Following her position as campaign advisor for a successful U.S. Senatorial race, she served as campaign advisor for a U.S. Congressional race as well. To fulfill her desire to help people more directly, she volunteered at hospitals while continuing her professional pursuits. This kindled her interest in helping spine patients routinely experiencing “less-than-desirable” outcomes following conventional spine surgeries and therapies. To optimize patient outcomes, she trained in exercise physiology, and then attained the highest level of instruction at Peak Pilates; all to facilitate the staff training of spine centers in the United States and abroad. She recognized that conventional spine surgeries needed improved or replaced, and so she directed her experiences towards the emerging field of Regenerative Medicine. The Discseel™Procedure was well suited for her combined experiences, where she initiated Discseel’s international physician education and business expansion programs and became a founding partner of Discseel Technologies LLC in 2018.She’s currently directing Discseel's™ growth in the United States, Canada, South America , the Middle East, and Japan.
