Bid Support: Receive ITBs, perform preliminary review, create bid project in network and bid software (Building Connected), send RFQs to vendors, send and follow up on proposals created by estimator, update bid status in network and on Building ConnectedAwarded Projects: Administrative setup in PM software (Procore), SmartSheets and Network, process submittals, RFIs and change orders, follow up on outstanding responses, create and send purchase orders to vendors, schedule deliveries to site, send close out documents, create client invoices, enter vendor invoicesAdditional: Created high-level process outline, assisted with public works’ requirements, welder certification renewals

Responsible for coordinating all aspects of a project from approval to installation and close out. This includes, but is not limited to, order placement, vendor communication, tracking, scheduling, invoicing and punch list completion.
