Mr. Michael is a safety and budget drivenmanager with a diverse background in all aspects ofPower Plant Engineering, Procurement, Construction,Start-up and Operations & Management. Kyle hasalso proven himself as a successful leader in industrycompletely outside of Power and Energy with hisrecent oversight of Plasmine Technology’sManufacturing division. His experience blends anextensive practical background of operations,maintenance and other “hands-on” disciplines ofpower plant O&M and EPC evolutions with the directmanagement of project engineering, construction,quality control, start-up, operations and maintenance.Mr. Michael has been a representative for variousclients to fill critical senior positions during a longperiod of time within the consulting side of the powerbusiness. These roles were to conduct and managecondition assessment, process assessment, feasibilitystudies and Project Management efforts for theirrespective project(s). He has a proven track record inthe interim management of dysfunctional or poorperforming O&M scenarios and making requiredculture, process and staffing changes to dramaticallyimprove plant safety, economics and humanresources management.Mr. Michael has specialized in the Combustionand Gasification of solid fuels using conventional,stoker boiler designs and various Fluidized Bedtechnologies such as Bubbling and Circulatingfluidized bed boilers and Gasification/pyrolysistechnologies. Additionally, Mr. Michael has significantexperience with pulverized coal plants, coke ovens,waste to energy plants and waste heat boilers, etc.Large scope projects such as these include theresponsibility and ownership for the development andmanagement of detailed and realistic multi-million dollarO&M budgets as well as large and small Capitalbudgets. This also includes Strategic Capital planningand justification as well as. tracking of and reportingof budget variances to asset owners and Company's Board of Directors.
