Hired as a consultant in the Information Services department to create a training strategy/plan, author training/user manuals and implement Oracle training curriculum for the Rig Solutions devision. Assigned to a department lead role, overseeing a staff of Technical Writers, training coordinator and working directly with IBM consultants. Completed the first phase of the roll-out to successfully bring the Sugar Land manufacturing plant "live" on Oracle EBS R12. Environment was fast-paced with changes occuring daily. Managed multiple projects/assignments with little direction.

Managed Camden's Corporate University. Additional responsibilites include hiring and developing Regional Education Specialists; Project Management for various projects varying from curriculum development to implementation of software, processes and policies; Conduct and evaluate needs and tasks analysis based on various evaluation techniques to help determine prioriteis and goals for education programs; Monitor policies, procedures, standards and control systems for implementing and evaluating training programs as well as technology additions and/or enhancements.
