• Partnered with association and committee leadership to create the Ohio REALTOR® Party – a space where “all things advocacy” transpire. Including PAC fundraising, PAC disbursements, grant writing and community outreach. The Ohio REALTOR® Party programming is now a national model, being replicated by other REALTOR® associations across the country • Created the Ohio REALTOR® Party annual training – an event designed to instruct and encourage local REALTOR® leaders from across the state to tell the REALTOR® story and why being a REALTOR® advocate matters to their communities • Created regional Major Investor fundraising events, targeting areas of the state where it is more difficult to raise significant dollars • Established a Major Investor perks system, acknowledging and elevating those who are significant PAC investors • Created and executed a PAC fundraising plan for the state association, significantly increasing the amount of money raised, breaking records in both 2018 and 2019 • Lead the association to win coveted fundraising awards in 2018 and 2019 from the National Association of REALTORS® • Partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Ohio to, for the first time in Ohio history, build the framework of a home on the statehouse lawn while celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Fair Housing Act, an event that continues to happen annually during our Spring conference • Responsible for multiple budgets within the department including $164,000 in Ohio issue mobilization funding, $160,000 in Ohio Independent Expenditure funding and various grants from the National Association of REALTORS® • Spoke publicly on issues pertaining to the state legislature, the PAC and the Ohio REALTOR® Party • Lobbied state legislature on issues important to the industry
