techfolk is an independent recruitment agency. As a small company of three, my varied responsibilities include; customer relationship management, recruitment, marketing and basic business accounting.

I took a career break to prioritise raising my 2 boys. This was one of the most rewarding yet challenging jobs, and it taught me a huge amount – notably that a toddler drives a hard bargain and a lot of creativity is necessary in the negotiation process to get out the front door! I loved taking such a prominent role in their early development and the skills I gained in negotiation, creativity and patience have helped me become more adept at relationship management.

Created and produced a range of 7 unique, Great Taste Award winning condiments, which were sold in more than 25 high end deli’s across London and on various online websites, such as NotOnTheHighStreet.com.

As part of the Marketing Solutions Team, I worked closely with clients and agencies to understand their key business objectives and created strategic marketing plans to engage directly with their target audiences on the LinkedIn platform.

Worked closely with an Account Director to ensure the advertising campaigns were delivered on time and optimised to meet the clients’ objectives.

Responsible for on-boarding and managing key publisher relationships.
