20 years of experience in Financial Services, specializing in Alternative Investments including Private Equity, Real Estate, Hedge Funds and Structured Finance. I am looking to expand my network for professional growth, business opportunities, and connecting with colleagues and friends.Currently, I am a Director at Blackrock, where I lead a team which reviews all management, performance and incentive fee calculations for Blackrock's Alternatives platform. My team works legal and the business to review draft legal documents during new fund launches and overseas the third party administrators' building of fee calculation models.In my prior role as a Vice President in Finance for Morgan Stanley, I led a team which develops and maintains waterfall distribution models to forecast revenue for Private Equity and Real Estate funds for quarter-end closes and the firm’s semi-annual development of a multi-year strategic forecast.Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, I was a Vice President for J.P. Morgan, where my role was building Distribution Waterfall (Carried Interest) models for Private Equity funds. I was in this role for 3.5 years, where I managed 5 Associates and modeled American and European Distribution Waterfalls in Excel based on LPAs.I have an MBA in Finance from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Rutgers University. I am currently studying the Spanish language and Level II of the CFA curriculum.
