As a classroom teacher for 14 years, I taught first grade, second grade, and ESOL. I started working with my district to help lead professional development for my grade level and discovered my passion. I love helping teachers. The teaching profession is hard, and I found my place as someone who can support teachers and help to lighten their load. Those opportunities led to a position in Greenville County Schools as an Instructional Technology Facilitator. For five years, I had the privilege of planning alongside teachers, modeling lessons, and leading professional development. Now I have the opportunity to support teachers across the Southeast as a Digital Learning and Collaboration Specialist with Encore Technology Group.
