I have found that smaller organizations and businesses often do not have the means/resources to keep a designer on staff in-house, or even on retainer. Being able to work with clients in a variety of markets keeps me on my toes with a constant variation of projects and team members, challenges, and opportunities.I love sharing my design expertise and insight to fuel others' passions.

I create any and all print/digital graphics needed for internal communication, fundraising events, donor proposals, as well as promotional pieces for donors and families. Served on an internal Innovation Accelerator team working to apply entrepreneur/start-up principles to help grow and expand the organization and programs (with a focus on serving teens and young adults).

Managed all communications needs across web, social media, event promotion, packaging, and blog.

To oversee the communication efforts of New Hope Community Church (as a larger entity) as well as the individual ministries by ensuring that any/all communication efforts effectively and accurately portray our mission, vision, and brand.On a weekly basis, I interact with and oversee the web, social media, e-mail, branding, advertisement/marketing, special event and print faces of New Hope.My favorite part of my job is getting to help plan and think through events, sermon series' and branding, seeking to understand and implement better communication practices, working with people passionate about their jobs and areas of ministry, and getting to serve with a small group of Pastors and Directors on the Ministry Leadership Team for the church.

Provided any and all graphic design needs for the Youth Department (Junior High and High School Ministries) including camp brochures, series artwork, website help, postcards, promotional materials, etc.I also offered support to the greater church in transitioning into a new website (training, setting up protocol, etc.)
