As Operations Manager at Lightmark Media, I work to create and manage systems to ensure business operations are running smoothly (from Payroll/HR/Billing, to Sales and Client Support Services, and everything inbetween!).I work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure our clients receive high-quality, timely responses and resolutions--while also supporting the Lightmark Team, SEO Team and PPC Department on our full spectrum of Marketing Consulting services. I also manage ongoing operations for our Saas businesses (Vestor CRM and Vestor Sites) to oversee product/process improvement, client onboarding and support, and ongoing troubleshooting.
