Switched focus from print to digital to support Wendy’s partnerships, product launches, LTOs, promos, and tests. I create assets for wendys.com, Wendy’s app, emails, web banners, Waze banners, tv billboards, and in-restaurant kiosks. I manage the design, reviews, production, and delivery of final assets. Create numerous landing pages on wendys.com to support new products, digital ordering, delivery, and brand awareness. I partner with the SEO Specialist on page outlines, manage creative, reviews, delivery of final assets, and occasionally execution. To support the launch of Wendy’s Rewards, I created digital assets including .com, app, emails, push notifications, and more. I worked with cross-functional teams to define the strategy and direction of journey emails and push notifications. I managed the creative, copywriting, reviews, and delivery of final assets.

Partnered with the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and cross-functional teams to select meaningful foster care adoption stories as the focus of the 2017 cause cups. I designed concepts, wrote copy, and created custom illustrations for each story. Partnered with Operations to design a toolkit to assist in problem resolution at the restaurant level. The Thank You Toolkit was sent to approx. 300 restaurants as a test pilot. I designed a branded custom box, Thank You card, envelope and stickers, courtesy card, and quick-start guide. Worked with the printer to choose finishes for each of the pieces that elevate the toolkit, as well as remaining budget friendly should the program be expanded nationally. Partnered with Communications to design multiple assets used at the annual Wendy’s High School Heisman event in New York City in December. Assets include custom welcome signs, event directional signs, agendas and dinner menus, thank you cards and envelopes, and a custom weekend event guide. Complete photo edits, content edits, and final file production. Managed printing and proofing with two different printers. Designed multiple pieces of in-restaurant and digital creative to support national and test pillars. Partnered with multiple internal and external teams to review, approve, and deliver final files for in-restaurant POP, Gameflow/Tickerflow visuals, TV Billboards, POS, and Crew Posters.Managed the creation of all static and animated digital menu board content and LTO creative for the US & Canada. Partner with the DMB IT team on content, scheduling in-restaurant dates and resolving any issues that arise from the field.

Managed the creation of a three-minute video introducing a new digital brand guide to all Victoria’s Secret & PINK stores; from concept to storyboards, and overseeing edits with a video vendor. As owner of the Victoria’s Secret Beauty brand guide, I collaborated with partners to photograph, edit, and communicate visual merchandising updates to stores every two weeks. Designed DVD menu screens and cover art for visual merchandising and Holiday visual element how-to instructional videos distributed to all stores. Designed new brand guide binder systems for all Victoria’s Secret and PINK stores, utilizing timeless, on-brand graphics to house all tools needed to effectively execute multiple floorsets each month. Partnered with the vendor to coordinate all samples, proofs & shipment to stores.
