My journey of health and wellness involved changing my whole diet and eating habits. Since changing, I vow to help others who seek the same. While a health and fitness journey could mean starting a new gym regime or a new exercise hobby, I wanted to focus on the nutrition side of things. I plan on continuing my education to the graduate level, where then I plan to specialize in Sports Dietetics. My main goal is to help the Latino community or low income areas, and continue on to open my own practice. Until then, I currently help and volunteer communities around my area with my own nutrition ideas and tips, as well as learn from other nutrition professionals.
