My path to becoming a Director in Fidelity has been varied. I started as a Software Engineer and then transitioned to Systems Analysis before moving into Project and People Management with teams based in Ireland, China, India and the United States.I have 18 years experience working with technology with over 10 years experience leading Agile teams. I am known for my energy, enthusiasm, drive to innovate and capacity to effect real change. I thrive on improving processes and identifying automation opportunities. I am currently responsible for the configuration of two vendor tools (Jira and Jira Align) for upwards of 20k users, maintaining close relationships with our admins and power users and continually seeking feedback to improve our use of the tools.I have a proven track record in delivering value especially in situations where the project may not have been on track. I am regularly the person who is brought in to “fix things” and deal with a crisis.
