As a Sales Associate, I serve up to ten customers at a time finding them the correct sizes, up selling them, and finding their personal style. In this role I have refined my customer service skills. For example, how to communicate in a professional manner with customers. Another important skill I have developed is my sales ability. During my time at J. Crew, I have learned how to sell our products, while also adding on additional items they may be interested in. This has taught me the power of understanding products inside and out in order to communicate the needs the product will fill.

As a Scooper I worked with up to 100 customers per shift simultaneously managing their order, using our computer system, and engaging with the customer. In this high speed environment, I learned how to serve customers in a timely manner.
