Originally hired as the coach of the USL professional team, Wilmington Hammerheads. Prior to this team folding in 2015, led the team to a playoff run in 2014. Transitioned into the role of Executive Director for the youth club. In this role, I oversee a 10 member full-time staff as well as 26 part-time staff who provide coaching to over 2,500 youth players.

Greater Denver Area

Member of U.S. Soccer technical staff. Oversaw and managed along with 8 other staff members the U.S. Development Academy and all of its operations. Scouted and made recommendations to youth national teams and also served as a U.S. U-18, U-17 and U-14 Assistant National Team Coach.

Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina Area

Assistant Coach of the Wake Forest Men's Soccer Team during some of the most successful years of the programs history. Included in this time were 3 consecutive trips (2006, 2007, 2008) to the NCAA Div. I Final Four (College Cup), and a NCAA Div. I National Championship - 2007.Honored as the National Assistant Coach of Year by the National Soccer Coaches.
