Current- Travel to Efficient Program Planning Sessions across the globe setting up meeting spaces and managing meetings clients have at the session.- Provide excellent customer service to all attendees at ECRM Efficient Program PlanningSessions.- Demonstrate use of ECRM technology before the session and at the end to explain how to recieve information needed from device after the session.- Helping clients with scheduling needs, freight, and any other hospitality requests during the session.- Work closely with clients to ensure all freight is received and organize plans for outgoing shipping.
