Main point of contact for IT technology requests for cloud computing, licenses, hardware and services. Works transversally with IT leadership, legal, purchasing, finance, and IT investment and strategy. • Program lead for collaboration with members of the IT Delivery Teams, Legal, and IT investment strategy as well as cross-functional groups outside of IT. • Leads the continuous improvement opportunities required for technology vendor management processes, including internal SLAs, responsible parties in the defined workflow, managing vendors activity, required due diligence, risk assessments, and how stakeholders are informed.• Leads the creation of guidelines of Vendor Management Playbooks, Change Management and Knowledge Base Articles. Manages key data integrity and required communication for team KPIs, Service Level Agreements, data security/privacy, implementation milestones, deliverables/requirements, early termination conditions, etc. • Supports and executes vendor management planning to ensure strategic alignment in technology solutions and to help advance IT performance overall. • Identifies appropriate relationships in conjunction with internal customers and vendors to drive proper alignment on business and operational requirements. Develops and continuously improves self-service requests, review requirements, and overall sourcing governance.• Proactively resolves upstream dependencies and demonstrates an ability to resolve conflict. Identifies and supports required information to monitor and document vendor performance to be delivered through business reviews and vendor scorecards• Influence IT delivery teams with process optimization and automation of workflow.
