Chief Technology Officer
Vision One Energy consists of a passionate team advancing clean energy technology in Europe. Leveraging existing production capabilities, we rapidly develop fuel cell technology focused on local value creation and supply chains.VOE is establishing a state-of-the-art R&D center in Chemnitz, Germany, near key research institutions and suppliers. This facility will adapt fuel cells for the European market, emphasizing serial production for mobility, non-road machinery, and stationary power supply. European production capacities will be established in a later phase following market demand.
Board Member
The innovation cluster HZwo initiates and supports research and development around the topics of fuel cells and green hydrogen as well as the development of a comprehensive value creation network in Saxony. The production of fuel cells, ranging from material selection to distribution, should be carried out in compliance with the resource-saving, ecologically and economically sustainable management.
Director Business Development
At Bramble I am leading the efforts to commercialize the PCB (printed circuit board) manufacturing technology as low-cost, flexible and already scaled tool for the production of fuel cells. Bramble Energy is powering a Net Zero carbon future using today’s Printed Circuit Board (PCB) technology. The PCB Fuel Cell (PCBFC™) is a patent protected, revolutionary design which leverages existing manufacturing routes from the PCB industry to offer a cost-effective, scalable and customizable hydrogen fuel cell solution.

R&D Engineer
I joined FCP for the exiting possibilities in working with a highly experienced and motivated team in an intercultural environment with the main goal of enabling fuel cell systems for mobility and stationary applications. Besides my function in business development, I am also the internal company lead for stack development at FCP.Main fields of my work include:- R&D project management- Business development- European relations (Hydrogen Europe)- Public contract application
Manager Business Development
Fuel Cell Powertrain is an e-mobility company with key product portfolio offerings for fuel cell stacks & systems, and electric drive motors with integrated controls. FCP provides customers the capability to source optimized e-mobility products out of one hand. FCP consists of a team with substantial core expertise in the areas of Fuel Cells and Powertrain technology.
R&D Project Scientist
I continued working in the field of hydrogen technology at Aaqius. The focus was set on its industrial/commercial necessities to realize hydrogen energy systems for small mobile applications. In this regard the functioning of the whole hydrogen energy systems is key to success. Thus, for example the interfaces between the different components contribute drastically to the systems overall efficiency (e.g. thermal management, control, security systems, etc.)Main fields of my work included:- R&D hydrogen storage/hydrogen energy systems- Project management- IP management- Acquisition/Control of components/R&D services- Public contract application- Student supervision (PhD level)
Research Fellow
I joined the Fraunhofer Institute continuing the work on solid-state hydrogen storage technologies. Metal hydride composites and their utilization for different applications in the fields of mobile, portable and stationary power supply was targeted. The entire hydrogen energy system was to be considered (e.g. Interface between FC and storage, heat management, testing, quality, lifetime etc.)I worked on several industrial and public projects which also resulted in preparing four patent applications and in the supervision of various student theses. Main fields of my work included:- Project management (public and industrial R&D)- Public contract application- Student supervision (up to PhD level)- Project acquire management
Phd Student
My thesis deals with compacted composites of solid-state hydrogen storage materials and expanded natural graphite (ENG) in view of their potential for hydrogen storage applications. In order to cover a wide range of possible applications different hydride systems allowing an overall temperature range of room temperature to about 400°C) were chosen. The composites result in an increased radial thermal conductivity and are superior in their volumetric hydrogen storage density compared to commonly used loose powder beds. The research was focused on the applicability of suchlike prepared composites. In this regard, the dehydrogenation back-pressures were varied to ensure a sufficient supply pressure of common consumer loads. Furthermore, the stability, gas permeability, thermal conductivity and porosity throughout cyclic hydrogenation were evaluated and discussed. In a final step a demonstrator tank equipped with a Ti-Mn-based system was successfully supplying a hydrogen driven vehicle.
