Primary projects, results and responsibilities at The Solae Company:• Participated in the Dupont Integrated Business Management proces (DIBM) - incl. EMEA setup in Oliver Wight Integrated Business Management tool• S&OP Manager (EMEA)• Full scale APO Implementation.• Full scale Infor Implementation (DP, AP & AS planning mudules).• Implemented multilevel EOQ coverstrategy and changeover management in the APS system (resulting in app. 40% inventory reduction of all finished goods and significant reduction of changeover costs).• Portefolio optimization (resulting in 60% SKU’s delisted by converting into new standard SKU’s).• Executed planning and scheduling of three plants in Belgium and planning of all imports to Europe (resulting in elimination of oversea air shipments and improved OTIF KPI).• Global responsibility for the Demand Planning model, functionality and process. • EMEA responsibility for the Advanced Planning models, functionality and process.• EMEA responsibility for the Advanced Scheduling models, functionality and process.• Development, maintenance and reporting of SCM KPI’s.• Development and maintenance of Capable to Promise (CTP) tool to Customer Service.• Relocated to St. Louis (MO) USA (period of 12 months)
